Return Policy: 

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we're here to help. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, unless the time for return is extended by our Customer Service team.  Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item:

1. Email our Customer Service team at  Info@yaliving.com  and let us know your order number or the item(s) you want to return. We will provide you with the return address.

2. Please note that since we offer free shipping on your order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s), unless otherwise approved by our Customer Service Team.

3. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will immediately process your refund to the original method of payment.
